Higher Purpose


What your purpose is can change from day to day. During the 21-day meditation we get a change to discover some of the barriers and inhibitions of our resonance with this path. Today we begin a meditation to lift some of that away.

In your daily meditation, relax and focus on your breathing.

  • Allow your heart and mind to open to your higher self. Literally give yourself permission to do this.
  • Allow a golden light to connect you gently to the ground. 
  • Visualize that light coming from a source above you.
  • Now allow other strands of dense energy being dissolved from you as if your feet were lighter.
  • Let yourself sense walking on a path with that lightness.
  • In this walk ask that your "Guidance" remain connected to your Divine Path. You are free to ask anytime for this guidance.
  • Continue walking sensing how it feels to be unstuck, confident and curious of your whole surroundings.
This meditation can be repeated in a Mindful Walking path as well as a seated meditation through the week. Continue to observe how new things flow into your life's journey. And Just for today, do your work honestly.

You Can Make a Difference

Consider it's 2017. It is a time of interconnectedness and globalization. The quickening and expansion of technology and changes in our world views keep us in a state of change.


What the 21-Day Reiki experience allows us to do is open to your unique roll in this time. To be receptive. To contemplate what your experiences have been.

This week look at the principal: Do Your Work Honestly.

Consider how you are in service in your life. Consider how you have trusted your unique gifts and followed through with your dreams. Consider what triggers you in the needs around you for helping, inventing, discovering and creating.

Sure traditional concerns will arise: financial, educations, timing, etc. And with that ask yourself if any of those are real? Have your past successes shown you a way through all obstacles? Can you remember divine timing?

Making Earth Connection

Imagine yourself creating a connection with the Earth. This can be done by simply getting into nature and suspending thinking for a while. Your physical body will feel safe when you make a conscious grounding to nature. This is an essential part of successful meditation.

You can also allow yourself to feel a silver cord of energy from the base of your spine down to the Earth. Lovingly connect to the earth as a living being.

Journey

Allow yourself to journey into a center point of awareness within the earth. Give yourself time to completely setting into a gnarl of a tree or through a cave entrance. Continue on and as you breath deeper and more consciously continue to feel safe and embrace the space of love that the earth is providing. Settle into the is new space and allow your subconscious mind to also settle. This is a powerful time to affirm what your intentions. 

 Affirmation

Completely resonate with the affirmation you've written. Examples: "I am Peace", "I am Light and Love", "I connect to wisdom and truth".

Allow what your affirmation and thoughts to let go. Take a deep breath, and when you are ready to open your eyes do so gently. Return to your sense of surroundings; touch the earth, place your body on the ground, etc. 

This Centering meditation will allow you to create a link to your higher self. Record your thoughts and plan to try again during this 21-day meditation.
